Ive been a Funny Pittsburgh Steelers girl classy sassy and a bit smart assy shirt customer for 6 years and have never had such an issue with service about a year ago I had to call due to moldy wipes and actually received a call from the company founders the customer service was 2nd to none now I got a bundle sent to me that is not mine charged for extra items that I never ordered or received there is no phone line to call live chat is disabled and my emails are going unresponded to ive spent thousands of dollars on bundles and products the last 6 years w all 3 of my kids and I think this will be my last month subscribing. I feel good I just went in to see my congressmen s people and took the corrections to blms report to congress it opened the door to touch on many horse issues and left him with some good information and will follow up so far I have gone into both my senators and now my congressmen none of them knew much about the wild horse and slaughter issue please reach out and try to get appointments what I have found is the will have about 30 mins so having bullet points help I also find support to what I say and leave it behind I try to be factual not emotional if anyone wants advice feel free to reach out.
